Who runs the Atlantic City Electric Marketplace?

This Marketplace is brought to you through a collaboration between Franklin Energy and Atlantic City Electric.

Who is eligible for this marketplace?

Atlantic City Electric residential customers are eligible to make purchases on the Atlantic City Electric Marketplace. Rebate eligiblity is determined by your Atlantic City Electric account service type and previous rebate participation.

Is there a maximum amount I can buy?

There is no maximum amount of products that you can buy, but there are limits on how many utility rebated products you can receive. The rebate limits are as follows:

Smart Thermostats: Limit of one (1) rebated smart thermostat per customer per calendar year.

Advanced Power Strips: Limit of one (1) rebated advanced power strip per customer per calendar year.

How do I know if my order was received?

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number. The order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your Atlantic City Electric marketplace account.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept payment by MasterCard™, Visa™, Discover™, or American Express™. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check your delivery status on the shipping carrier's website.
